INGREDIENTS
1,5 OZ POLIGNAC XO
1,5 OZ HEAVY CREAM
3�4 OZ DARK CACAO CREAM
NUTMEG
ICE CUBES
PREPARATION
1. IN A SHAKER, ADD STEP BY STEP, DARK CACAO CREAM, HEAVY CREAM AND THEN THE COGNAC.
FILL THE SHAKER WITH ICE CUBES, AND CLOSE IT.
2. SHAKE IT VIGOROUSLY FOR 20 SECONDS. THEN, POUR THE COCKTAIL WITH A STRAINER INTO A LARGE COUPE GLASS.
3. FINALLY , GRATE THE NUTMEG ABOVE THE GLASS OR ADD
NUTMEG POWDER, AND TOP WITH A CINNAMON STICK FOR GARNISH.
