1,5 OZ POLIGNAC VS
2 OZ CHAMPAGNE BRUT OR
SPARKLING WHITE WINE
1 OZ SODA WATER
2,5 OZ STRAWBERRIES JUICE
1/2 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
ICE CUBES
1 ORANGE ZEST
1 LIME WHEEL
A FEW MINT LEAVES
PREPARATION
1. STEP BY STEP, ADD STRAIGHT INTO YOUR BALLOON GLASS THE STRAWBERRY JUICE, \ THE ICE CUBES, THE SODA WATER, THE CHAMPAGNE, THEN THE SIMPLE SYRUP AND FINALLY THE COGNAC.
2. STIR THE WHOLE MIXTURE WITH A BARSPOON OR A STIRRER.
3. FOR THE FINAL TOUCHES, GARNISH THE GLASS WITH STRAWBERRIES,
A LIME WHEEL, AN ORANGE PEEL AND FEW MINT LEAVES.
