1. EGGspresso Martini

Ingredients:

60ml of Five Farms Irish Cream Whiskey

15ml of Slingsby Fine Grain Vodka

2x Shots of Coffee

Ice

 

Build in shaker. Shake ingredients.

Now you can add this into a glass, or an easter egg! Just remember to cool your coffee first if into an egg, or that will get messy…

Pour ingredients into your chosen vessel.

Top with Whipped Cream.

Grate your Easter Bunny or Egg over the top and drizzle with chocolate sauce.

…and wahlaa, after a couple of these it’ll be a very happy Easter!

 2. Choc Mint Mudslide

Ingredients:

3-4 Scoops of Mint Chocolate Icecream

60ml of Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur

30ml Peppermint Schnapps

 

In a blender, add the delicious Mint Choco Icecream, Five Farms Irish Cream and Peppermint Schnapps.

Coat your glass in chocolate, pour in blended mixture, grate chocolate over top and a little mint to garnish. Wahllllaaaaa - pure heaven!

 

3. Breakfast Martini

 

Ingredients:

40ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin

15ml of Cointreau

60ml of freshly squeezed OJ

1x teaspoon of marmalade

15ml of Lemon Juice

1x OJ skin peel for garnish

Cubed Ice

 

Add all ingredients into a shaker, shake vigourously, strain into your martini glass and enjoy a bloody good breakfast!

 

4. Tequila Mimosa Sunrise

 

Ingredients: 

60ml of Siempre Plata Tequila

60ml of Prosecco

5ml of Grenadine

Freshly Squeezed OJ

Limes to garnish

Champagne Flute

 

Build Mimosa with lime juice, tequila, bubbles and OJ. Top with a few drops of Grenadine and a lime to garnish! Cheers!

 

5. Bees Knees Cocktail

 

Ingredients:

60ml of Wemyss Malts The Hive Whisky

30ml of Lemon Juice

Heaped Teaspoon of Honey

Ice

Shaker

 

Build drink in a shaker, pour over cubed ice, lemon peel for garnish and wahlaaaaa!

 

6. Old School Old Fashioned

 

Ingredients:

60ml of Doocot Lowland Scotch Whisky

Heaped Teaspoon of Sugar

Few Dashes of Bitters

Orange Peel

Ice Optional

 

Add sugar and bitters to a glass, small amount of water to mix. Add Whisky, Ice Cube and burnt orange peel if so wish! And enjoy!

 

7. Baldman Lemon Drop

 

Ingredients:

45ml of Siempre Plata Tequila

15ml Sugar Syrup

2x Fresh Lemons for Juice and rimming glass

Raw Sugar

 

Build the drink with all ingredients, rim glass using left over lemon, sprinkle raw suage on top, ice last, shake, pour and enjoy! 

This is one divine drink!!!
