Smoked Negroni

INGREDIENTS

30ml Slingsby London Dry Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Vermouth

METHOD 

Smoke a short glass with a smoking gun, shake all ingredients and add to a glass over ice. Garnish with burnt rosemary and a grapefruit twist.
