37.5ml Rhubarb Gin
12.5ml Crème de Cacao
20ml Chocolate Sauce*
*Put three squares of dark choc in bowl, place inside another bowl with hot water in it. Once melted, mix in 50ml double cream to complete.
Shake & strain into jam jar/glass mug and garnish with a strawberry and even more chocolate!
