Rhubarb & Coconut Sour

15ml Koko Kanu

20ml Lemon juice

15ml Sugar syrup

Egg White
METHOD
Stir all ingredients in a short glass with ice. Garnish with a twist of pink grapefruit and pomegranate seeds.
