Mulled Marmalade
INGREDIENTS
- 25ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin
- 70ml Quality Cider
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- Cinnamon Stick
- Cloves
- Nutmeg
- Star Anise
- Garnish: Orange Wheel
METHOD
Combine ingredients into a glass and top up with boiled water. To create a batch, combine ingredients into a ban, add water and heat until the flavour is reached.
