King of the Hill
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Slingsby Gooseberry Gin
- 50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
- 20ml Elderflower Cordial
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- Half a Kiwi - muddled
METHOD
Muddle kiwi in the base of a cocktail shaker. Add all other ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a highball with crushed ice and garnish with cucumber balls and a kiwi slice.
