- 20ml Slingsby Old Tom
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 5 Crushed Blackberries
Combine the gin, lemon juice & sugar syrup into a glass with cubed ice. Stir until diluted. Add prosecco into the stirring glass and strain into a flute. Separately, crush some blackberries in a bowl and strain into the flute to create a slow bleed through the drink.
