INGREDIENTS

35ml Slingsby Blackberry Gin

15ml Rhubarb Gin

25ml Lemon Juice

10ml Hibiscus Syrup

1 Egg White
METHOD
Shake all of the ingredients together and then double strain into a coupe glass. To finish, garnish the glass with an edible flower or a lemon twist.
